Darth Naga Video Interview with Gerald Fowler — The Chilli Pepper Company
The Chilli Pepper Company's root go back about 10 Years, When Gerald grew chillies and harvesting the seeds, he'd passed these on to friends and family, this grew by word of mouth, now they even supply West Dean and Kew Gardens. The seeds are now imports, as they use all the chillies they grow in their own sauces and powders.
This is Geralds 4th Year at West Dean
Geralds favourite sauce is his own Dragons Breath, from other manufacturers he recommends Who Dares Burns.
Their current flag ship product is “Be Damned”, (see review) which was developed by Gerald as his entry in to the market for extreme hot sauces in competition with the likes of Dragons Blood, Satan's Blood, Blair's Sudden Death, Blair's 3am, Naga Snake Bite, Cobra Juice, Pure Venom Reserve!
