The Yellow Bhut Jolokia is a variant of the original Bhut Jolokia, it is not a cross, but a mutation, this mutation retains the heat and shape of the original, but gives us a new coloured version.
Mutations like this are quite rare and are not often make it to market as they are not what is expected, this mutation has been saved and is being sold as seeds by The Chilli Pepper Company, so you can now grow this at home.
