At GrillStock 2010 our very own Darth Naga will be hosting the Fiery Foods UK Chilli-eating Contest. The contest is being held next weekend as part of Grillstock on Sat 17th & Sun 18th July at 4pm on the Harbourside in Bristol, contestants will get to be the first to try this season’s 7 Pot, Bih Jolokia, Trinidad Morouga and of course the Chillipepperpete Naga (which last year measured an astounding 1,080,000 SHU’s).
So if you think you are tough enough to to enter the competition (by the way the contest has often been won by women) simply speak to Darth Naga and sign up on the day at the Fiery Foods UK stall in the FFUK marquee – or contact info@fieryfoodsuk.co.uk to register before the event.There will also be a wide range of Chilli products available at GrillStock in the Fiery Foods marquee, including plants, seeds, sauces, chilli beer (black death we reviewed a while ago), fresh and dried chillis, snacks and ice cream – Never have so many chilli products been available in Bristol before.
