For many many years I have been involved in writ­ing about and selling chili products in the UK, a few years ago I wrote “The Hot Book of Chil­lies” and have run the Chile­Foundry web shop for over 10 years. I have now con­ver­ted this site into a blog with the aim of high­light­ing all the excel­lent man­u­fac­tur­ers, retail­ers and events that can be found in the UK.
