Wessex Chilli Festival - Sauce Competition

With 40 sauces to taste last Sunday at the Wessex Chilli Festival was not short of quality entries, each entry to the event was give a bead so they could vote for the sauce they liked best.

This years winners:-

1. Fruity Chilli Sauce - Upton Cheyney Chilli Co.
2. Inferno Hot Sauce – Chillisgalore
3. Angel Witch –  Caldeiummm

Also at the event you had a chance to name a new chilli variety, the name chosen for the chilli was Aji Pulsar.
